Draw and Color with Uncle Fred
Cartoonist Fred Lasswell (Barney Google and Snuffy Smith cartoons) provides step-by-step how to drawing instruction in an easy to follow format for young artists. Projects include animals and a surger, and the only materials needed are a pencil, paper, and crayons.
